D.I.R.T look 5

Designed for my Parsons School of Design senior thesis project: D.I.R.T- Designed Innovated Regenerative Textiles

The Patchwork Pants is made with upcycled organic cotton jeans from Nudie Jeans Co. To make these jeans a denim patchwork quilt was created from the upcycled material, cut into pattern pieces, & constructed into a garment. Excess material from pattern cutting was used for the waistband. Using upcycled denim demonstrates the possibility to make new garments from existing materials.

The Organic T is made with organic hemp jersey. The t shirt is organic & undyed, meaning it is able to be composted & decomposed at the end of its life.
